HOMEMADE EGGLESS CAKE

  INGREDIENTS

250G REFINED FLOUR

1 BOWL PURE MALAI(FULL-FAT CREAM)

1 GLASS MILK

1/2 GLASS WATER

1 BOWL SUGAR

PINCH OF SALT

1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

1/2 TSP BAKING SODA

2 DROPS OF VANILLA ESSENCE/EXTRACT

FINE CHOPPED COCONUT

FINE CHOPPED DRY FRUITS( ALMOND, KISHMISH, KAJU, PISTA)

CAKE MOULD FOR BAKING CAKE

1 TBSP GHEE/OIL FOR GREASING THE PAN

Instructions

  1. TAKE A BOWL. MIX THE FLOUR WITH FULL-FAT CREAM AND MILK. WHISK IT FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES.

    ADD BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SUGAR, SALT AND VANILLA EXTRACT AND WHISK IT FOR ANOTHER 10 MIN.

    NOW KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 15-20 MINUTES.

    NOW GREASE THE CAKE PAN AND POUR ALL THE BATTER INTO IT AND GARNISH IT WITH ALL THE DRY FRUITS WHICH YOU HAVE CHOPPED.

    WRAP THE PAN AND KEEP IT FOR 45MINUTES IN LOW HEAT.

    REMOVE THE PAN FROM HEAT.

    THE DELICIOUS CAKE IS READY TO EAT.

    KEEP IN OPEN TO COOL DOWN THE CAKE.
