OREO CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

1/2 KG MAIDA (FLOUR)

250 GM CASTER SUGAR (POWDER)

2-3 TBSP COCOA POWDER

250 GM DARK CHOCOLATE (MELTED)

200 GM BUTTER (MELTED)

1 PACKET OREO BISCUIT

1 CUP BUTTERMILK

1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER

1/2 TSP BAKING SODA

VANILLA EXTRACT

2-3 SPOON OIL

1/2 TSP SALT

HOT WATER FOR MIXING

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES

    BATTER:

    TAKE A BOWL, ADD FLOUR, COCOA POWDER, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA AND WHISK IT WELL.

    NOW ADD OIL, VANILLA EXTRACT, MELTED BUTTER AND BUTTERMILK AND WHISK IT NOW POUR HOT WATER AND MIX IT WELL.

    THE BATTER SHOULD BE VERY THIN.

    POUR THE BATTER IN THE MOULD WHICH IS GREASED WITH SOME OIL.

    PLACE THE MOULD IN THE OVEN FOR 35 MINUTES.

    AFTER 35 MINUTES TAKE A KNIFE AND INSERT IT INTO THE CORNER OF CAKE AND IF KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN THAT MEANS CAKE IS READY.

    TAKE OUT THE MOULD AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES TO COOL DOWN.

    PLATE IT IN A SERVING PLATE AND FROST IT WITH BUTTER CHOCOLATE CREAM  AND DECORATE IT WITH OREO BISCUIT TO INCREASE THE TASTE AND SERVE THE DELICIOUS CAKE TO YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
